Julie Bagur is Chief Executive Officer of Getlink Customs Services and Chief Business Development Officer at Getlink, where she is also a member of the Executive Committee. She brings extensive international leadership experience from senior roles at Saint-Gobain and McKinsey & Company, spanning strategy, operations, supply chain and general management.

Philippe Juin is Chief Industrial Officer of Getlink Customs Services, leading the development of innovative solutions that simplify customs and border processes. He brings extensive experience in transport technology, digital services and complex operational systems, including his previous role as Smart Border Director at Getlink and senior positions at Eurotoll and Sanef.

Arnaud brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Based in London, he joined Getlink in 2023 as CFO New Businesses, supporting the development and growth of the Group’s new ventures, including Getlink Customs Services. Previously, he held senior strategy, finance and innovation roles at Transdev. He is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Thomas Mercuri is Managing Director of Getlink Customs Services UK, bringing extensive experience in logistics and customs brokerage. Previously, he held senior leadership roles including Managing Director at DHL Freight UK and Gerlach Customs Services, where he helped shape customs strategy and drive growth through significant regulatory change, including Brexit.

Franck Edouard Tiberghien is Managing Director of Getlink Customs Services France and ASA – Associated Shipping Agencies. He brings more than 20 years of experience across the maritime, port and customs sectors, with expertise in logistics, customs processes and cross-border trade. A graduate of ESSCA, he also completed specialist customs clearance training at ISTELI Marseille.

Iris has held several HR and legal roles within the Getlink Group, building extensive expertise in employment law and employee relations. Since joining in 2016, she has served as HR Business Partner for Eurotunnel and Group Social Relations Manager, having begun her career with the Group as a labour law legal counsel. She holds a Master’s degree in Labour Relations Law and Practices.

Rodolphe leads commercial development and marketing at Getlink Customs Services, supporting the company’s growth and the development of customs and border solutions for UK–EU trade. He brings extensive experience in business development, transport, logistics and international trade, gained across high-growth and innovation-driven businesses.

Noam Gamondes is a strategy and transformation professional supporting strategic growth and transformation programmes at Getlink. He brings experience in corporate development, performance improvement and cross-functional transformation, with previous roles at Reborn Plastics and Boston Consulting Group, where he advised on strategy, operational optimisation and private equity value creation.
